| 摘 要： | 通过对高校公房资源在管理体制、使用、配置、调配等方面的现状和存在的问题进行分析,指出并论证了高校公房资源科学管理、合理使用、调配灵活的运行机制和管理模式。结合实际情况,提出全新的“四化”管理原则。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the present condition and existing problems on management system, the condition of use, dispose and allocation of state-owned houses in colleges and universities, the authors propose, expound and prove that the operative mechanism and management pattern of state-owned house resources in colleges and universities should be scientific management, reasonable use and flexible allocation. According to actual condition, the authors propose a completely new ″four modernizations″ management principle. |
