| 摘 要： | 提出了将院校与部队相结合、在任职教育第二学位论文工作中采用"双导师制"的新模式。在对任职教育第二学位论文特点及现状分析的基础上,论述了将院校与部队相结合、实行"双导师制"的重要意义,探讨了第二学位论文双导师制的具体组织实施方法。实行第二学位论文双导师制指导模式,对于深化院校教学改革、提高新型舰艇初级指挥人才培养质量具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | For enhancing the professional and innovation abilities of professional education students, the double tutors mode of second - degree dissertation is proposed by combining institute with troop. Firstly, the character and actuality of professional education second - degree dissertation are analyzed. Then, the significances to implement double tutors mode are elucidated. Thirdly, the methods to implement double tutors mode of second - degree dissertation are presented in detail. This new mode has great influence on deepening the education reform of military institutes, and helps to enhance the training quality of new type warship primary commander. |
