| 摘 要： | 大学生公民素养的高低,很大程度上影响整个现代社会的健康发展。通过已有的相关实证数据,分析我国大学生公民素养的现状与问题,认为当前我国大学生公民素养尚存在公民素养基本常识欠缺,公民意识没有转化为参与行为以及缺少有效的公民参与平台等问题。因此,构筑一个以学生、社会、学校三位一体的培育现代公民意识和公民参与为目标的公民素养提升机制,是公民教育实效性提升的重要使命和大学生公民素养培育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | College Students＇civic Viteracy has greatly influence on the healthy development of the whole modern society. Through the relevant empirical data about the problem, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of college students＇ civic literacy in China, believes that the current college students＇ civic literacy in China still has a lack of basic knowledge of the civic literacy, civic consciousness does not translate into participation behavior and the lack of effective participation of the citizens platform, etc. Therefore, by constructing a students, social, school the trinity of cultivating modern citizen awareness and citizen partici- pation as the goal of the civic literacy promotion mechanism, which is an important mission for enhancing the effectiveness of citizen education, and also is an effective way to cultivate college students＇civic literacy. |
