摘    要:野外科学观测研究站是生态学、地学、农学、环境科学、材料科学等领域开展长期定位观测和科研工作的创新基地,是国家科技创新体系不可或缺的重要组成部分。中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所专家在多年跟踪调研基础上,结合当前国家科技创新和生态文明建设需求,建议在国家层面加强对野外科学观测研究站的重视和统筹,加大野外站的稳定支持力度,夯实我国基础研究领域的这一重要阵地。

Abstract:Field scientific observation and research station is the innovation base for researchers in the field of ecology, geosciences, agriculture, environmental science, material science, and other fields to carry out long-term observation and scientific research. It is the indispensable and important component of national science and technology innovation system. Based on multi-year followup investigation, combined with the current national science and technology innovation and ecological civilization construction requirements, the experts from the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, advise that the importance and coordination of field scientific observation research should be enhanced on the national level, as well as the stable support for the field observation stations, thus strengthening this important base for the fundamental research.
