| 摘 要： | 要落实国家知识产权战略,培养大学生的知识产权意识至关重要。目前,高等职业教育已经占据高等教育的半壁江山,但长期以来我国高职院校知识产权普及状况不很理想,这既有认识方面的问题,也有现实条件的制约。如何根据高等职业教育的规律改变目前知识产权普及教育开展的困境,校企合作不失为一条有效的路径。
