| 摘 要： | 科学技术的发展加快了知识应用的能力和效率,图书馆作为信息服务的重要载体也发生了很大的变化,即信息资源网络化、用户需求综合化、交互式信息系统化、专业集成化与高效化。图书馆实现服务功能的创新,需重新认识知识信息与信息服务的关系,为用户提供虚拟与现实相结合的服务,开展网上咨询和专业化信息服务,搭建社会信息化服务平台。只有这样才能为用户提供更加方便、快捷的服务,进而提高图书馆的信息服务能力。
