| 摘 要： | 水泥生料配料是影响水泥生产的关键环节之一，微机配料的精度高低直接影响配料的质量，因此，提高配料秤精度是水泥厂提高产品质量的重要环节，本文提出了一种以PC工控机实现的高精度微机称重配料系统，阐述了该系统的工作原理、组成结构以及系统硬、软件设计关键技术。

| Abstract: | The cement raw material batching is a key link influencing cement to produce , and the quality of hatching is influenced directly by precision level of computer batching. So improving the precision of burden is important improving cement product quality . The high precision material measured control system is proposed in text realized by PC, stating the operation principle, composition structure and key technology of designing hardware and software. |
