| 摘 要： | 首先从联盟能力的基石——惯例和组织过程着手,较为详细地剖析了其内涵、相互关系以及它们和联盟能力之间的关系;接着通过对惯例的内在特性、演化过程与联盟能力的构成要素和形成过程的关系研究,深入联盟能力的内部,得出企业联盟能力是由运营能力、提升能力和协控能力构成的自组织能力整合系统,联盟能力的形成和动态演化都源于三种能力之间与外部环境相适应的持续协同互动和共同演进的结论。
