| 摘 要： | 为更好地评价冷链物流供应商服务能力,降低合作风险,从企业战略合作伙伴、客户满意度和环境友好性等3个维度构建冷链物流供应商服务评价指标体系。采用直觉模糊层次分析法在专家模糊偏好关系的基础上求出指标权重;结合决策隶属函数,基于加权算术平均算子对多个指标进行赋值优化计算,探讨最佳冷链物流供应商选择方案。定量化的计算结果表明,在选择冷链物流供应商时,应该着重于供应商服务客户的能力(包括商品交付完好率和准时性)和供应商自身的硬件素质。

| Abstract: | In order to better evaluate the service ability of cold chain logistics suppliers and reduce the risk of cooperation, the service evaluation index system of cold chain logistics suppliers is constructed from three dimensions: enterprise strategic partners, customer satisfaction and environmental friendliness. The intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to decide the index weight based on the fuzzy preference relationship of experts; combining with the decision membership function, the optimal selection scheme of cold chain logistics suppliers is discussed through the assignment optimization calculation for multiple indexes based on the weighted arithmetic average operator. The quantitative calculation results show that when selecting cold chain logistics suppliers, the ability of suppliers to serve customers (including the integrity rate and the punctuality of goods delivery) and the quality of hardware of suppliers themselves should be paid much attention. |
