| 摘 要： | 首先介绍图书馆配市场的起源，提出馆配商的概念并构建其服务模型；其次分析国内主要馆配商的特点，着重就馆配商的管理水平和能力评价进行探讨；最后指出科学评价馆配商的各方面能力可以为图书招标工作提供统一科学的评分标准，同时提升馆配商的服务质量，促进馆配行业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly introduces the origins of library book suppliers, defines the book suppliers and introduces their service models. Then, the characteristics of the main library book suppliers are analyzed, and the management capabilities and capability evaluation of the book suppliers are investigated. Finally, the authors point out that a scientific evaluation of various capabilities of the library book suppliers can provide unified standards for public bidding, can improve the service quality and ensure the healthy development of library book suppliers. |
