女大学生就业心理探析

摘    要:女大学生在就业过程中存在着自负与自卑交织、求稳惧苦、依赖被动、从众攀比、焦虑恐惧等心理,这是影响女大学生就业的内在因素。转变传统的社会观念,提供法律保障,开展有效的就业指导和就业心理辅导,可以调整女大学生的就业心理,提高女大学生的就业能力。

Abstract:There are some inner factors for female university students when they are hunting for employments.including the complex of conceit and inferiority, seeking stability, avoiding hardship, being dependent and passive, conformity and comparing with others,anxiety and fear, etc.These factors have influenced on their job-hunting. Some corresponding countermeasures such as changing the traditional opinions of employment, offering legislative guarantee, developing effective instruction of employment and psychological tutorship can help improve the ability for female university students to hunt for employments.
