| 摘 要： | 本文统计49家电子政务运维服务机构和52个参测案例，制定适合于我国现阶段的电子政务运维服务三级分析指标体系，从机构、服务、机制和趋势四个方面评价我国现阶段电子政务运维服务的整体水平，分析总结我国电子政务运维服务的成功经验与不足，用以提高我国电子政务项目的成功率和满意度，优化我国国有信息化资产的管理体制和投资效益。
