| 摘 要： | 公众素养的提高是构建和谐社会的基础。提高公众的素养的有效途径是进行社会教育:教育国家政府机关相关工作人员树立服务意识,提高依法行政的能力,坚定全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,树立正确的权力观;通过政府和社会力量不断提高公众的劳动技能;利用图书馆和社区文化建设,不断提高公众的法律意识、文化水平和高尚的道德水平。

| Abstract: | Enhancing the public accomplishment is the basis for the construction of harmonious society.The effective way to raise the public accomplishment is to undergo social education.First,the civil servants concerned should establish the sense of service and increase the consciousness of exercising power according to law,should strengthen the purpose of serving the people whole-heartedly,and acquire a correct conception of power.Secondly,the public working skill should be constantly raised through the government's efforts and social resources.Lastly,the public awareness of law,educational level and lofty moral caliber should be enhanced unceasingly by utilizing libraries and the construction of community culture. |
