| 摘 要： | 高校和谐校园建设是构建社会主义和谐社会,深入贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求,是保证高等教育实现又好又快发展的重要基础。为此,高校要紧紧围绕保证高等教育实现又好又快发展这个第一要务来建设和谐校园,坚持“以人为本”这个核心来强化和谐校园建设的基本理念,坚持全面协调可持续发展这个基本要求来推进和谐校园建设,坚持用统筹兼顾这个根本方法来实施和谐校园建设。
