| 摘 要： | 高等教育的大发展，得益于高等教育投资体制的改革和创新，社会（主要是学生）也成了高等教育的一方出资人。但学生的权利却没有保障机制，这有失平等、公正的原则。我们应努力构建协调机制，以保障学生作为一方出资人的基本权利。

| Abstract: | The great development of higher education is benefit from the reform and the innovation of higher educational invest system. Society ,mainly students, has also been investor in higher education. But students' right hasn't guarantee mechanism, which goes against the principle of equality and impartiality. We'd better to construct harmonized mechanism to guarantee students' basic right as investor. |
