| 摘 要： | 采用欧姆龙PLC和组态王设计了工业加热炉退火的软硬件控制系统。通过PLC的自整定PID运算，自适应调节加热炉内的温度，以保证一区（炉气）、二区（炉料）、三区（炉子）的温度恒定，这三区温度的控温精度为±1℃。系统运行表明，节省了时间，提高了整定精度，提高了经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper designs the software and hardware control system of industrial heating furnace such as annealing using OMRON PLC and IPC . By means of auto--tuning PID operating, self--adapting adjusts the temperature of heating furnace, to insure the control precision of the temperature of part one（furnace gas） , part two（furnace burden） , part three（furnace） to be ±1℃. The system saves time, improves the tuning precision and increases the economic benefits. |
