| 摘 要： | 太阳能热水器在实际生活中应用广泛，环保、安全且方便，采用STC12C5A32AD单片机为主控芯片设计了一个太阳能热水器控制系统，包括水位传感器、温度传感器、电磁阀、泵及电加热管驱动、按键、LCD12864显示、声光报警等硬件电路，并通过软件编程实现了太阳能热水器控制器的主要功能。该系统实现简单，使用方便，并充分利用了丰富的太阳能资源，可以大大节约煤、电等能源消耗。

| Abstract: | Solar water heater is widely used in real life, environmental- friendly, safe and convenient. The paper mainly describes the design for solar water heater control system which based on microcontroller. The system takes the microcontroller STC12CSA32AD as master con- trol chip and consists of water level sensors, temperature sensors, solenoid valves, pumps and electric heating tube drive, keypad, LCD12864, sound and light alarm, and other hardware circuit , achieved the mainly function of solar water heater controller by software program. The system is simple to implement, convenient to use, and make full use of the abundant solar energy resources, it can greatly reduce the energy consumption of coal, electricity and so on. |
