| 摘 要： | 在标枪投掷技术中,左腿在交叉步及最后用力的衔接中起到引导、制动和支撑的作用.从交叉步和最后用力这两个紧密相连的环节中,对左腿的动作及其意义进行生物力学探讨,从而对左腿在投掷标枪中的作用有充分的认识.
