论“人本主义”教育思想观在健美操教学中的实践

摘    要:自体育课程改革以来,人本主义教育理论一直倍受许多有关人士的广泛关注.文章从分析人本主义教育思想的内涵入手,在客观探讨健美操教学的现状后认为,健美操教学只有借鉴与应用人本主义教育思想理论时,才能使学生的主体地位得到肯定,个性得到全面地发展,才能帮助师生走出健美操学习的困境.

Abstract:With the transformation of PE education, humanistic approach has aroused general interest. By analyzing the connotation of humanistic approach and the present situation of aerobics teaching, the paper suggests humanistic approach should be applied in aerobics teaching in order to affirm the principle status of students, develop individual characters of students in an all-round way, help both teachers and students extricate from aerobics teaching and learning.
