| 摘 要： | 针对大学生公寓区内的学生工作淡化、弱化的倾向，创新地提出学生工作社区模式概念，并从学生工作体制、学生工作队伍、运行机制等方面对社区模式进行具体分析，可以适应新时期学生工作瞬息万变的特点，拓宽学生工作领域和渠道，把握学生工作的规律，使工作更有预见性和超前性，取得学生思想政治工作的新成效。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of the weakened student management in student apartment, an innovative community mode of university resident management is proposed. The paper makes a specific analysis of the mode in terms of student work system, student work personnel and operational mechanisms and points out that this mode will make student management work more advanced and bring about new achievement in the ideological work of students. |
