| 摘 要： | 微博作为新兴的网络媒介平台,凭借其便捷性、即时性、自主性、互动性等优点,走近企业和求职者的身边。本文从微博的含义及传播特点、微博在毕业生就业工作中的应用、应用中需要注意的问题等几个方面探讨了微博在高校毕业生就业工作中的价值,以期更多的高校毕业生就业指导工作者能利用好这一新兴工具,将高校毕业生就业服务工作推向一个新的高度。

| Abstract: | Micro-blog as an emerging network media platform,through its convenience,immediacy,autonomy,interaction and other advantages,come to businesses and job seekers.This article from the meaning and dissemination characteristics of micro-blog,application of micro-blog in graduates’ employment,the problem need to pay attention to several aspects to discuss the value of micro-blog in the employment work of college graduates,in order to make more employment guidance workers use of this new tool,to promote the work of the college graduate employment services to a new height. |
