| 摘 要： | 在对耗散结构理论进行解读的基础上，分析了作为耗散结构的新建地方本科院校品牌系统构成及其特征，构建了新建地方本科院校品牌系统耗散结构生成理论模型，阐释了新建地方本科院校品牌系统的有序生成的必要条件，并提出了工作建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of dissipative structure, the article analyzes the brand system of newly built colleges and their characteristics, and then constructs the theoretical model of newly built college brand system, which explains the essential condition of newly build college brand system and point out the suggestion. |
