| 摘 要： | 实践教学是高职教育的特色和生命，也是高职教育区别于其他普通高等教育的本质特征，是提高高职学生就业竞争力的核心与关键。高职教育的育人质量，主要取决于实践教育环节的教学质量。文章指出了高职院校实践教学中存在的种种问题，并提出了相应的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Practice education is the characteristic and life of vocational colleges,it is also the substantive characteristics different from other normal univeristies,and also the core of boosting the competitiveness in hunting a job.The educating quality of vocational colleges relies on the quality in practice education.The thesis points out the problems in it,and puts forward some countermeasures. |
