| 摘 要： | 贫困问题是农村地区一个重要的社会问题，解决农村贫困群体基本生活的根本途径在于发展农村经济、增加农民收入，同时也离不开最低生活保障制度提供的最后保障。本从4个方面论述了建立农村居民最低生活保障制度的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The poverty problem has been an important social problem in rural area. The radical way of solving basic life of rural poverty group exists in developing rural economy and increasing income of peasant. Meanwhile, it is indispensable to give final security to poverty group by System of Minimum Security Line of Living. This article elucidates significance of establishing System of Minimum Security Line of Living of Rural Residents from 4 aspects. |
