摘    要:员工培训是企业人力资源开发的关键环节,通过培训能够激发员工潜能发挥,促使员工的聪明才智得到最大限度的发挥,有效促进企业效益的提升。文章基于对后勤企业员工培训工作中存在的问题展开分析,并结合实际工作经验就加强企业后勤培训工作提出了建议。

Abstract:Employee training is a key link in the process of enterprise human resources development,which can stimulate employees' potentials,get employee's intelligence play maximally,and effectively promote the enterprise benefits. this paper,based on the problems existing in the logistics enterprise staff training work,and combined with practical work experience,puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen enterprise logistics training work.
