| 摘 要： | 采取专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,从市队训练教学条件、市队现有队伍及招生情况、省队招收选材情况、家长支持状况、相关激励政策等5个方面揭示了湖北省水上运动项目后备人才现状,对湖北省水上运动项目后备人才的发展策略提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Through using the methods of expert interview,questionnaire and methematical statistics,this paper studied the reserved talents in current condition and show the situation from five aspects like the condition of training and education in municipa;ity team,the current team and enrolling situation in municipality team,enrolling and talents selection situation of provincial team,the condition of family support and related encouragement policy,and put forward suggestions for the development strategies of the reserved aquatic sports talents in Hubei province. |
