| 摘 要： | 高中思想政治课程标准作为高中思想政治课程的纲领性文件,承载着党的教育方针和教育思想,规定了课程性质和基本理念、课程目标和课程内容等问题,体现了高中思想政治课“为谁培养人”“培养什么样的人”和“怎样培养人”的问题。新中国成立70年,我国共颁布八部高中思想政治课程标准(教学大纲),主要经历了探索初建、调整改革和优化完善三个阶段,实现了高中思想政治课程价值导向从“为政治服务”到注重“双基”培养,再到关注以“三维目标”为重点的学生生活和关注以“核心素养”为核心的学生发展的重大变革。梳理70年思想政治课程标准变迁的历程,了解其变化特点,有助于更好地理解和把握思想政治课程改革的方向,加强思政课一体化建设,更好地完成立德树人的根本任务。

| Abstract: | As a programmatic document of the ideology and politics curriculum,the ideology and politics standards carries the Party's educational policy and thought,stipulates the nature,basic idea,goal and content of the curriculum,and embodies the issues of"who to train,how to train and for whom to train"in the ideology and politics course.Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,eight high school ideology and politics curriculum standards(syllabus)have been promulgated,and the development of them have undergone three stages of exploring and construction,adjustment and reform,and optimization and perfection.The value orientation of ideology and politics curriculum has been gone through major changes from“serving politics”to"double-base"training,and then to“three-dimensional goals”as the focus of student life and"key competency"as the core in student development.Studying the changing course of 70 years'ideology and politics curriculum and understanding its characteristics is helpful to better understand and grasp the direction of ideology and politics curriculum reform,strengthen the integration of ideology and politics curriculum,and better accomplish the fundamental task of moral cultivation. |
