| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]科学数据素养是数据密集型时代科研人员学术研究与交流的必备能力,国内对于科学数据素养的知识结构和能力体系尚处于初步发展和探索阶段。对我国科研人员科学数据素养能力评价体系进行系统深入的研究,有利于明确我国科学数据素养教育目标与能力评价依据。方法/过程]从科学数据素养能力研究着手,通过对国外科学数据素养研究文献的调研与综述,深入分析并提取能力要素,按照科学数据素养过程结构内涵进行聚类,确定科学数据生命周期各阶段应该具备的科学数据素养能力;针对我国不同学科领域科研人员的科学数据管理与利用行为进行调查访谈,研究我国科研人员科学数据素养能力特征。结果/结论]提出符合我国国情和时代特征的科学数据素养能力评价体系的构建原则与基本架构,为我国科学数据素养教育研究提供参考。

Research on Evaluation of Scientific Data Literacy Competency for Researchers in China |

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Scientific data literacy is an essential ability for scientific research and communication in the era of data-intensive.The knowledge structure and competency system of scientific data literacy in China is still in the preliminary stage of development and exploration.A systematic and in-depth study on the evaluation system of scientific data literacy competency of researchers is conducive to clarifying the educational objectives and evaluation basis of scientific data literacy in China.Method/process]Starting from the research of scientific data literacy,this paper made a thorough analysis of the extracted competency elements through the investigation and summary of the foreign scientific data literacy research literatures,clustered according to the Process Structure System of Scientific Data Literacy and determined the scientific data literacy competencies that should be possessed at each stages of the scientific data life cycle.This paper investigated and interviewed the scientific data management and utilization behavior of researchers in different disciplines in China,and summarized the localization characteristics of scientific data literacy competency.Result/conclusion]This paper put forward the construction principles and basic framework of the assessment system of scientific data literacy,in line with China’s national conditions and the characteristics of the times,in order to provide reference for the research of scientific data literacy education in China. |
