| Abstract: | The accounting management department in higher education institution plays an important role in building the economical higher education institution.This paper discusses how to regulate the budget administration of higher education institution,in order to build the economical campus,from the perspectives of completing the budge monitoring system,and establishing a new budget system in higher education institutions. |
