| 摘 要： | 随着档案规范化、现代化进程的加快，特别是新的《高等学校档案管理办法》的逐步实施，高校档案工作既面临着新的发展机遇，也面临着新的挑战。如何适应新形势、满足新要求，推进档案工作又好又快发展，是当前高校档案工作面临的重要课题。要做好新时期的高校档案工作，必须树立“五大意识”。

| Abstract: | With the quick process of archives management in a standardized and modernized way, especially the implementation of new College Archives Management Method, college archives management is facing new developing opportunities and challenges. How to meet the new situation and new requirement to promote the healthy and quick development of archives management is the important subject for college archives management in the new era. To do a good job in college archives management in the new era, we must have five consciousnesses. |
