| 摘 要： | 阐述第三方咨询的内涵,分析企业信息化过程中第三方咨询介入的必要性,并从企业信息化的流程着手,论述第三方信息化咨询服务的解决方案,包括管理咨询、信息化规划、全员培训、招标选型、实施监理、验收评估以及信息化项目的维护和扩展等咨询服务,最后提出完善第三方咨询服务的对策。

| Abstract: | At the very beginning, this paper explains the meaning of the third party consulting. Then the paper shows that it is necessary for the third party consulting to play a role in the course of enterprise informationization. In addition, schemes of enterprise-oriented third party information consulting service are discussed from management consulting, informationization programming, employee training, bid selecting, surveying, evaluating, and subsequent program maintaining. Finally, some measures are put forward to improve the third party consulting service. |
