| 摘 要： | 二战以后,纽约市的郊区化已经形成规模,中心城区的城市问题得到了缓解,并使整个纽约地区的经济发展加速,但同时引起了一系列经济社会问题,比如中心城区的"产业空洞化"、经济衰退现象等,这迫使纽约市中心城区启动"旧城复兴"的战略来重振经济,这是其郊区化中最大的教训所在。因此,在郊区与中心城区的博弈中,保证两者的同时快速发展是对我国一个重要的启示。我国在面对郊区化过程时,应提前做好后工业城市建设产业布局的转型准备,针对自身产业发展特点,在聚集效应削弱后,中心城区应实施重点产业发展战略,努力改善投资环境,提高生活质量,建立新的聚集增长点,吸引人才与企业资源回流,利用自然、教育资源,走"知识型"增长道路。

| Abstract: | After World War II, the New York city suburbanization has already formed the scale, city center problem has been eased, and the economic development of the entire New York region＇s sped up, but also caused a series of economic and social problems, such as the ＂industrial hollowing out＂ in the center of the city, the eco- nomic recession, which forced the New York downtown area start the ＂Renaissance＂ strategy to revive the econo- my, which is the greatest lesson in the suburbanization. Therefore, in the the game of suburbanization and the city center, to ensure the rapid development of both would be an important enlightenment to China. In the suburbaniza- tion process of China, post - industrial city construction and industry structure reforming should be prepared, ac- cording to their own characteristics of industrial development, selection of center city development key industry strategy after weakening of aggregation effect, striving to improve the investment environment, improving the quality of life, establishing new aggregation growth point, back together the talents and enterprises＇ resources, the use of natural resources and education resources, the ＂knowledge＂ growth road should be taken. |
