| 摘 要： | 微博时代的到来，对高校学生工作来说，既是一个新挑战，又是一个新机遇。本文在分析微博功能与高校学生工作契合性的基础上，提出院系微博具有开展高校学生工作的比较优势。针对基于院系微博的学生工作现状和存在的问题，在培养“微意识”、建立“微团队”、用足“微功能”、提高“微效率”等四个方面，对运用院系微博改进和创新高校学生工作提出了若干具有针对性和可操作性的建议。

| Abstract: | For undergraduate students work, the micro- blog era is both a challenge and an opportunity. Based on analyzing how micro- blog function fits undergraduate student＇s work, the com- parative advantages the micro - blog has of carrying out undergraduate students work is presented in this paper. On account of current situation and problems of students work of undergraduate department micro- blog, several targeted and operable recommendations are made on how to use undergraduate de- partments micro - blog to improve innovation ability of students work in four aspects., making full use of ＂micro - function＂, developing ＂micro - consciousness＂, establishing ＂micro - team＂ and improving ＂micro - efficiency＂. |
