| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告明确指出，发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治明，是社会主义建设的重要目标。在党的领导下进行社会主义政治明建设既是马克思主义理论的题中应有之义，同时也反映了中国特色社会主义发展的根本要求。

| Abstract: | It has been explicitly pointed in the report to the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC that to develop the socialism democratic politics and construct the socialism political civilization are significant goals of the socialism construction. Under the leadership of the Party, constructing social political civilization is both one of the contents of the Marxist theories and reflects the fundamental demand of the development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
