| 摘 要： | 职业教育与区域经济发展之间的互动与伴生以劳动力供需为中介机制。受自然、社会及历史因素的影响,广西边境地区整体经济发展落后。选取靖西、凭祥、东兴三个发展基础较好的县级市为"先发次级区域",围绕边境贸易、文化旅游、农产品特色种养与休闲观光、加工制造业打造"增长极",通过发挥重点地区的带动作用实现区域协调发展目标,是广西边境地区以非均衡协调发展战略实现经济发展的现实之径。在这一背景下,广西边境职业教育劳动力供给目前存在着规模偏小、结构失调、质量堪忧的问题。针对这些问题,广西边境职业教育应采取优化空间布局、加强政策支持、构建开放动态的专业调整机制、以集团化为抓手形成合作办学格局的举措。

On the Development Logic of Vocational Education in Guangxi Border Regions in the Context of Unbalanced and Coordinated Development Strategy |

| Abstract: | The interaction between vocational education and regional economic development and the associated products take labor supply and demand as the intermediary mechanism.Affected by natural,social and historical factors,the overall economic development in Guangxi border regions is backward.It is a realistic way for Guangxi border regions to realize economic development with unbalanced and coordinated development strategy by taking Jingxi,Pingxiang and Dongxing,the three county-level cities with good development foundation,as the"first-and-secondary regions",and building"growth pole"with border trade,cultural tourism,characteristic planting and cultivation of agricultural products,leisure and tourism,and processing and manufacturing industry,which finally achieves the goal of coordinated development in the regions by taking advantages of the leading roles in the key areas.At present,there are some problems in the supply of border vocational education workers in Guangxi,such as small scale,disordered structure and poor quality.In view of these problems,measures should be taken to optimize the spatial distribution,strengthen the policy support,construct the open and dynamic professional adjustment mechanism,and form the pattern of cooperative running schools with grouping as the starting point. |
