试论信息化进程中教育研究问题的选择与确立

摘    要:教育研究问题的选择既要考虑问题的来源和动态发展,也要考虑研究者主体性。因此,教育研究问题选择应遵循基础原则、求新适时原则以及适己原则。信息化进程中,教育研究问题域可用"灵活、多样、开放、优质、终身、个性化"等关键词来概括,问题域的落地和聚焦需要研究者在多样化信息源中把握社会转型与技术变迁这两个关键点。多样化信息源包括普适性信息源(政策文件、中外文文献著作、微信等网络发布与交互平台)、导航性信息源(课题指南、期刊选题重点等)以及广泛的教育教学实践。通过对《教育信息化2.0行动计划》等文本的分析,可以明晓如何从信息源中探寻社会发展与技术变迁并进而析出具体问题。析出的问题需要与研究者主体性相互联通,最恰当的研究问题对教育理论与实践以及研究者自身来说都是真问题。在不断互通的过程中,真研究问题方能得以确立。

On the Topic Selection and Establishment of Educational Research Problems in the Process of Informatization

Abstract:The topic selection of educational research problems should not only be considered in the source and dynamic development of problems,but also in the subjectivity of the researchers.Therefore,in the topic selection of educational research problems it should be followed from the basic principles:the principle of seeking the new objectives and the principle of self-adaptation.In the process of informatization,the educational research problem domain can be summarized by such key words as "flexible,diverse,open,high-quality,lifelong,personalized",and the focus and landing of problem domain require researchers to grasp the two key points of social transformation and technological change in the diverse information sources.Diversified information sources include universal information sources (policy documents,Chinese and foreign literature,WeChat and other network publishing and interaction platforms),navigable information sources (subject guides,journal topics,etc.) and extensive educational and teaching practices.Through the analysis of the Action Plan of Education Informatization 2.0 and other texts,we can clearly understand how to explore the social development and technological changes from the information source and then identify specific problems.The problems analyzed need to be connected with the researchers’ subjectivity,and the most appropriate research problems are real ones for educational theory and practice as well as for the researcher himself.In the process of continuous communication,the true research problems can be established.
