| 摘 要： | 教师专业成长过程中，教学模式研究的是提升实践智慧的一种有效途径，在不同的阶段应达到不同的境界。首先是模仿、借鉴，熟悉多种教学模式；进而是活用、整合多种模式；最终是重构、超越模式，走向教学的自由的最高境界。
