| 摘 要： | 社会主义的高等教育不仅反映着我国教育科技文化发展实际，而且肩负着培养社会主义现代化建设合格人才的重任。把“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”作为高等教育的根本目标，是由社会主义国家本质属性，社会主义现代化建设艰巨性和社会主义高等教育内在规律的要求共同决定的。

As higher educational fundamental objective, developing qualified personnel is commonly determined by our socialist country's essential attribute, modern socialist construction's arduousness and inherent law of the socilist higher education. |
