| 摘 要： | 大学教师的职业幸福感是指教师对职业生活、学术工作的满意程度,其本质特征是教师身心的和谐。生理幸福感缺失、心理幸福感缺失、情绪幸福感缺失和精神幸福感缺失现象正袭扰着当今转型期的大学教师。大学教师的职业幸福感缺失的原因既体现在社会层面,也体现在学校层面和个体层面。追寻大学教师的职业幸福感既要有社会的关注,也要有学校的关爱,更要有教师自身的关心。
