| 摘 要： | 运用实地考察、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从教练员数量、年龄、等级等方面对2009赛季中超职业足球俱乐部梯队教练员状况进行研究。结果显示,中超职业足球俱乐部梯队教练员在运动经历、年龄、专业能力等方面具有较大优势,但文化水平整体偏低,培训机会比较少,许多教练员资格等级不达标。建议各级足协切实加强教练员队伍建设,尤其要学习先进的足球理念,尽快提高教练员水平。
