| 摘 要： | 近几年来择校事件导致的各种问题和现象引发了深刻的争论,赞成论、反对论和折中论者相持不下,这种争论背后更重要的是探讨择校产生乃至屡禁不止的原因,主要有三个方面:一是优质教育资源的需求与优质教育资源短缺之间的矛盾;二是教育发展的不均衡;三是社会发展的推动.针对以上原因,从普及义务教育、加强薄弱学校的建设、落实政府责任和规范收费行为四个方面提出择校政策的意见与建议.
