| 摘 要： | 船舶涂装是一项集化工、机械、电器、流体动力、热工技术于一体的技术工种,因而它对从事涂装的技术和管理人员提出了多方面的要求。在船舶涂装课程中采用＂四学段校企交替＂模式进行教学,可以创新船舶类专业人才培养模式,提高船舶涂装人才的培养质量。

| Abstract: | Ship-painting is a technical occupation which involves skills in Chemistry,mechanics,electricity,fluid power and thermal technology.Thus it calls highly for the staff in ship-painting and management.This article advises a new model called ＂four-phase-college-enterprise-alternation＂to cultivate talents in this regard. |
