| 摘 要： | 企业购并是经济增长中的一种必然现象，也是经济发展中优化资源配置的必然要求。我国的企业购并市场发展时间较短，运行很不规范，本对我国企业购并市场中的产权流动性、政府行为介入、中介机构、购并后的整合、购并融资、购并立法等六个比较迫切的问题进行了初步探讨。并提出了一些完善我国企业购并市场的政策建议。
