| Abstract: | In the knowledge -based economy model, knowledge, science and technology -based enterprises have become the most dynamic economic organization in the economic activity, which represents the future direction of economic development. The emerging of knowledge economy will have a profound impact on investment patterns, industrial structure, growth mode, education functions and forms. At the same time, it represents the current world economic characteristics and development trends, and promotes the emergence of small and medium - sized enterprises, and has provided the new strategic choice for small and medium- sized enterprise development. |
