| 摘 要： | 伴随着Web2．0技术的发展，利用网络环境进行非正式学习已经成为人们主要的学习方式之一。基于对部分网络用户的调查分析，研究学习者的学习现状并提出网络非正式学习的必要性；根据长尾理论的几个根本性条件如生产工具普及、降低成本、连接供给与需求来分析利用网络进行非正式学习的可行性。

| Abstract: | With the development of Web 2.0 technologies, informal learning via network environment has become one of the main ways of learning. Based on a survey of some network users, study is carried out on present situation of learner＇s learning and the need for network informal learning is put forward. The feasibility of informal learning based on network can be analyzed according to fundamental conditions of the long tail theory such as popularization of production tools, reduction of costs and connection of supply and demand. |
