半车模型汽车主动悬架系统控制器的设计与仿真研究

摘    要:基于系统动力学理论建模半车模型主动悬架系统的动力学模型,采用分隔研究法,分别对1/4的垂直运动和1/2车体的俯仰运动进行独立控制,并叠加在一起来研究半车模型的整体控制;其次在MATLAB/Simulink中建立其相应的控制器模型和仿真模型。最后采用积分白噪声模型作为路面输入形式。然后结合半车模型主动悬架的系统仿真模型进行该系统动态特性仿真,并将主、被动悬架特性进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,相对于被动悬架主动悬架性能有明显改善。

Controller Design and Simulation Study of Half Vehicle Active Suspension

Abstract:Half-vehicle dynamic models of Active suspension were built on the basis of theory of system dynamics, and separation research method was adopted to independent control to vertical movement of quarter -vehicle models and pitch movement of half-vehicle models; And it was superimposed on the integral control of half-vehicle models. Second The corresponding controller model and simulation model were built through Matlab/Simulink;finally,the Band-Limited White Noise was adopted as the road input to carry out the dynamic performance simulation. The suspension characteristic of active suspension and passive suspension were compared. The result indicated that active suspension's performance was improved obviously, compared with performance of passive suspension.
