摘    要:分析了现有横向霍尔器件的工作原理与不足,对新型的横向霍尔装置进行了简要介绍。将其应用于电能计量中,设计了一款新型电能计量表,与传统的电能计量表相比,新型电能计量表可以使电能的计量更为精确,误差更小。尤其是在负荷电流较小的情况下,完全可以克服传统电能表计量不准确的缺点。

Design of Electric Energy Meter Based on New Transverse Hall Device

Abstract:In this pape the working principle and deficiency of the existing transverse Hall sensor is analyzed, and a new type of transverse Hall device is introduced. By using the new type of transverse Hall device in electric energy measure, a new type of electric energy meter based on new transverse Hall device is designed. The measurement of electric energy is more accurate and the error is smaller by using the new type of electric energy meter compared with the traditional one. Especially in the case of the load current is small, the new type of electric energy can overcome the inaccuracy of the traditional meter.
