| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法及访谈法对竞技健美操训练中的运动损伤进行了统计分析，对损伤部位和致伤原因进行了重点分析，并有针对性地提出了防伤的综合措施，希望在促进健美操运动更快发展的同时能够减少竞技健美操运动员的身体损伤，使高校健美操训练更加科学。

| Abstract: | This paper by the method of questionnaire combined with interviews,statistical analysis was made on sports injury of competitive aerobics training, to the injury and the causes are analyzed in focus,and puts forward the comprehens- ive measures of injury prevention, in order to make our school aerobics training more scientific, to promote the development of aerobics faster while reducing competitive aerobics athlete＇ s body injury. |
