林下生境对草珊瑚生长、形态和质量的影响

摘    要:利用三明市三元区林下栽培的4年生草珊瑚,系统研究杉木纯林的坡向、郁闭度等生境因子及杉木纯林、杉木拟赤杨林和杉木木荷林对人工栽培草珊瑚生长、形态和药材质量的影响,以期提出科学的栽培措施。结果表明,杉木纯林的坡向和郁闭度对草珊瑚生长和药材质量的影响显著。东坡的高度和冠幅最大,北坡的地径、分枝数、全株重量、枝叶重量和根系重量均最大.但北坡、东坡和南坡的枝叶干重没有显著差异。郁闭度0.7最适宜草珊瑚生长,其全株干重和枝叶干重是最小值的2.60倍和2.82倍。西坡和郁闭度0.4的异嗪皮啶和迷迭香酸含量最高,但生长较差。不同坡向和郁闭度的杉木纯林下,草珊瑚个体间变异大,枝叶干重、迷迭香酸和异嗪皮啶含量变异系数分别达50.29%、71.99%和26.74%。除根系含水率外。其它性状均存在极显著的坡向×郁闭度互作效应,林下栽培草珊瑚需综合考虑坡向和郁闭度。杉木木荷林和杉木纯林下栽培草珊瑚的生长量要显著高于杉木拟赤杨林,林下栽培草珊瑚可优先选择常绿林分。

Abstract:Abstract:Effects of understory habitats which include canopy density, slope positions and forest types on the growth, morphology and medicinal quality of four-years-old Sarcandra labra cultivated in Sanyuan district, Samming city, Fujian province were explored in this paper in order to propose scientific cultivation pattern. The research results indicated that the growth, morphology and medicinal quality of Sarcandra labra could be significantly influenced by the slop and canopy density. The height and coronary of Sareandra labra which grew in eastern slope were the largest. The ground diameter, branch number, total plant weight, branches and leaves weight and root weight ofSarcandra labra which grew in north slope were the biggest. However, the leaf dry weight of branch of north slope, east slope and south slope did not differ significantly. The optimal canopy density for the growth of Sarcandra labra was 0.7, and in this condition the whole plant dry weight and branches-leaf dry weight were 2.60 times and 2.82 times of the minimum ones. When Sarcandra labra grew in the west slope or the canopy density was 0.4, the content of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid was the highest, but the growth was poor. The variation between individuals was large when Sarcandra labra grew in the different slope or the canopy density. The variation coefficient of branches and leaves dry weight, rosmarinic acid and isofraxidin content was 50.29%, 71.99% and 26.74% respectively. Except for the moisture content of root system, the interaction of slope position and canopy density was significant. Therefore, the slope position and canopy density should be comprehensively considered for the planting of Sarcandra labra. The increment of Sarcandra labra which grew in the forest type of Chinese Fir and schima superba was higher than that of Chinese Fir and Alniphyllumfortunei mixed plantation. As a result, the understory planting ofSarcandra labra should prefer evergreen forest.
