| 摘 要： | 以马克思主义危机理论、危机管理理论为指导,结合新疆特殊的区情,分析了近年来新疆高校学生突发性群体事件的成因和特点,根据新疆高校学生突发性群体事件的管理现状,提出了完善新疆高校预防与处置学生突发性群体事件的机制和举措,以期有效增强高校政治能力和维稳处突能力建设,切实维护高校稳定。
